About Us
Tatweer Land was established to solve a recurring frustration in the UAE construction market: clients hiring multiple contractors for one project, each blaming the other when timelines slip or quality drops. Our mission is to be the single accountable partner — handling structural work, MEP coordination, finishes, and post-handover maintenance under one roof, governed by one project manager and one clear contract.

Our Mission
We deliver projects in compliance with UAE building codes, including Ajman Municipality regulations, Dubai Municipality Building Code, and DEWA/SEWA/FEWA technical guidelines depending on the Emirate. Every site supervisor on our team holds a minimum five years of UAE field experience, and our electrical and security installations are carried out only by technicians certified under UAE Civil Defence and SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) frameworks where applicable.
Our pricing model is transparent: we issue itemised BOQ-based quotations breaking down materials, labour, and overheads — no lump-sum estimates, no hidden charges, no surprise variations beyond what is contractually agreed. For maintenance contracts, we offer pay-as-you-go and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) options with defined SLAs, response times of 4–24 hours depending on issue severity, and quarterly reporting.
The UAE construction industry is forecast to grow at over 4% CAGR through 2030, driven by Vision 2031 infrastructure projects, Expo legacy developments, and ongoing residential expansion across Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates. Our vision is to be among the most trusted mid-tier contractors capturing this growth — not by competing on price, but by competing on reliability, regulatory fluency, and finished quality.

Our Vision
Our long-term goal is to expand our specialist divisions — currently 12 service categories — into recognised technical departments, each led by a dedicated foreman with deep vertical expertise. By 2030, we aim to have completed over 500 documented projects across Ajman, Dubai, and Sharjah, with case studies and client references available on request for prospective clients evaluating us against alternatives.
We measure success by repeat business and referrals, not by marketing reach. Our internal benchmark is to convert 60% of completed clients into either repeat customers or active referrers within 18 months of handover. This forces every decision — from material specification to crew scheduling — to be made through one filter: would this client willingly recommend us to a peer? If the answer is uncertain, the work doesn't ship.
Tatweer Land Building Contracting & General Maintenance L.L.C is a duly registered Ajman-based limited liability company. Trade License #138533 is issued by the Ajman Department of Economic Development and renewed annually. Membership #216337 with the Ajman Chamber of Commerce confirms our standing in the local business community. Both registrations are publicly verifiable through the Ajman DED portal and the Ajman Chamber of Commerce official directory.

Elite Standards
Our scope of licensed activities covers 12 distinct categories under UAE commercial classification, including Building Contracting, Building Maintenance, Aluminium and Glass Works, False Ceilings, Carpentry, Tiling, Decoration, Landscape Gardening, Electronic Parking Systems, Security Systems Installation, General Cleaning, and Import-Export of Building Materials. This breadth means we can legally undertake work across the entire project lifecycle without subcontracting to unlicensed third parties — a common compliance gap in the UAE market.
All our installations involving electrical works, fire safety systems, and security equipment are carried out in line with UAE Civil Defence approved specifications. CCTV and access control installations comply with SIRA (Dubai) and equivalent emirate-level regulations where applicable. We carry comprehensive third-party liability insurance and workmen's compensation cover for all on-site personnel — documentation available upon contract signing.
